Okay, maybe we do need a few copy editors. A few.
From a China Eastern Airlines menu for Business Class passengers.
But I’d wager that passengers will recall and giggle about this menu for years to come. As well as steal it. You print a billion one-penny stamps right, and each is worth a penny. You print a couple with the airplane upside-down, and those are worth a fortune. Such is the charm of typos.
I will miss your posts Chuck.. they were a bright spot in an otherwise hideous year..I am going offline to immerse myself in work and block out the world.
I have really enjoyed your Substack since I joined (along with all the comments by the other posters, photo contests etc). A bit of fun in an otherwise annoying patch of life. See your posts again next year on the other side of my hideous deadlines. On the plus side I expect to have a lot of stuff to binge read from you and the other writers on here then :)…
