Here's a question to Chuck or whoever wants to answer, Do you have any books on your shelf you haven't read - I have soooo many! It's crazy, frustrating, exciting, depressing depending how I'm feeling - I always say I'm gonna read all these books on this shelf before I buy anymore - but I always fail - My dad was an English professor and had thousands of books on shelves around the house - so maybe theres some issues there - curious to hear other readers thoughts, is this where we talk? You just reminded me of an old black and white Twilight zone appisode...about the old man who just wanted to be left alone to read, but everyone kept bothering him.he wakes upone day. it's the end of the world,everyone is gone .hes so happy to be all alone at last and on the way up n the library steps he breaks his eye glasses.
So many! I'm a librarian's assistant and it seems the To-Read list never ends. Patrons check out the coolest stuff, I find myself adding new books every day.
I try to keep the priority books on my night stand...which is usually too many 😆
