New York Story Night #62

The apartment was not as clean as the lobby

A screensaver was displayed of a skeleton’s head bouncing off each corner of the monitor, laughing at Dale.

He didn’t use words, just made a sound similar to what a turkey makes in mating season, and stood still in the hallway waiting for a response.

This time they actually were staring at him.

If you could see inside Dale’s chest you would find a dwarf version of himself collapsed in a fetal position.

The snow was gone, but the sky remained, a continuous white cloud.
