Weirder than Usual

Yeah, no, this is pretty much the whole photo

Goofy appears to be hugging a small child without a face. Or has Goofy’s ear just fallen over the kid’s face? Those canine teeth really do jump out, don’t they?

Was this photo sent as part of a ransom demand? Is the costume simply a way to hide the kidnapper’s identity? If that’s the case, what should be written on the back?
