Was it due to wearing gas masks? But why do fascists always sport such twee little mustaches?

My understanding is that the mustache always had a military association. And that the Amish forbid wearing a mustache because it hearkens back to their oppression in Europe.

Yeah, I just found the fascist thing, too. Well, if I wasn't already on a watchlist, this probably didn't move the needle. Should've read the comments first. Kind of a twisted irony, though. My favorite flavor. Thanks, Chuck! I've got to get back to the writing desk, but I'm looking forward to listening to the Joe Rogan podcast later.

Hey, can I just say I love how, in Pygmy, the money is covered with poop and sperm and so on at the beginning and at the end it's, you know, used in a different way (I don't want to spoil those who haven't read). You put money at the beginning kind of like a gun and it appears symmetrically at the end, and it's described as filthy capitalist money.

Could you make posts in which we can ask you stuff about your previous work or tell you something we loved about it?

Argh. I'll post an occasional Ask Chuck. But you can always submit a question via Dennis@litreactor. Dennis forwards stuff.
