Hell, no. I grew up with a rock-polishing father, I know how arduous that process is.

I always wanted one of those toy rock polishers when I was a kid but in the back of my mind I knew there had to be more to it.

Like Sea Monkeys, those polishers weren't all they were advertised to be.

So true - after weeks of anxious anticipation you end up with much smaller rocks and a barrel of sludge. The only thing that gets polished is your patience.

One of my favorite parts is the little bell hidden under the ribbons. I figure one afternoon all our little bells will start ringing in unison, and we will zombie-walk from our homes to a destination that only you know.
