Yes, Fabio is my distant neighbor hereabouts. He’s so infamous for putting his refuse in other people’s garbage cans that every local has placed this decal on their cans. And on all public trash cans. And … everywhere. It’s called “Fabio shaming” and it works.

The moral is: Don’t mess with Skamania County. Us hillbillies hit back.
