Throughout the lock down I’ve made and wrapped one hundred gifts. If you’re among the first hundred people to donate at least $100 to the Pixie Project animal rescue, I’ll send you one of the many shown here.
Click here to contact Pixie and donate for a gift.
As explained last week, each gift is a bookmark made from semiprecious stones. They are impractically long. Two to four feet. But perfect for hanging from a book on your top shelf. Bookcase bling.
The packages are ridiculously wrapped. So much so that it takes me as long to wrap each as to make the bookmark. If you cut the ribbons on the underside of the box it’s reusable. I’ll mail the gifts with a letter stating the stones I’ve used. Each bookmark, like each package is unique.
Regretfully, since they’re wrapped they can’t be shipped outside of the United States.
Wherever you’re at, thank you for supporting the welfare of animals. As the world reopens many dogs and cats and rabbits and ferrets and iguanas will likely be surrendered to shelters. The Pixie Project does everything it can to care for them and find them homes. Thank you for caring.
I donated $99. ;)
Happy to let someone else experience the magic that is Chuck.
Could I resist? Take a guess. Now I must burn all my friend and relative bridges to find an accomplice to send it to me here in "no-package land" ;) I will persevere and triumph!!
