I was not so selfless as Tiffany. But Tiffany, you can borrow my bookmark and feel the gem power. Thank you for making this all happen Chuck. A generation of whiskered friends feels your effect
Not a brag, but why I do it: I'm literally crying right now bc someone (I don't know who and don't wanna give hints), who sounds deserving, is going to get "my" package now, so Pixie Project tells me. Chuck knows, the privilege to brighten someone's day is the best drug.
If you'd seen me snowed in last winter with the fire in the wood stove and true crime podcasts playing, you'd think I was a demented Santa Claus. F--k'n glitter.
Thank you. The Pixie folks recently sent me photos of an adopted dog that supported its owner through a losing fight with cancer. Broke my heart. Dog is still at home with the family.
Could I resist? Take a guess. Now I must burn all my friend and relative bridges to find an accomplice to send it to me here in "no-package land" ;) I will persevere and triumph!!
Do you know any? I'd hire them at this point! haha Actually still waiting for answers from said friends and family. I think that picking up that package would count as "essential travel" haha Maybe we could finally make a pilgrimage to Portland and the Pixie Project? ;) Anyway, Jessica B is an angel! (and I know how to thank you and her in the language of shekels, true to the stereotypes about my tribe haha)
PS I'm "smuggling" the box via Corrales NM, and my "sister" with a very similar name. (just in case you're curious which box is for me haha). I'm very excited to add to my Chuck art collection!! I can only imagine how much the postage is haha
I tell my children, ages 5 and 3, that their jobs are to take care of anyone and anything littler than them. Hopefully as they grow up they remember that lesson and continue to take in rescues and to donate to good causes like this. Thank you for sharing the project with us!
Whoa! I was lucky enough to grab one this time. Thanks for all your do, Chuck!
The animals thank you. As do I.
I donated $99. ;)
Happy to let someone else experience the magic that is Chuck.
You!

Great idea for a fundraiser!

My next few weeks will be busy with boxing and shipping. Thank you.

So happy to donate to a great cause. Thanks!
Amy tells me they are down to three gifts. At this writing they might be out. Still, it's worth a shot.
I'm all set, thanks! Now I just have to figure out which book (or books?) gets the honor of holding this bookmark.

Ugh... Sold Out! I still made a donation.
