The Duo Des Dleurs video is wonderful. In the Duo des fleurs video I am watching the hands and posture and I don't see anything fascinating or anything that stands out in posture. Some times their causal stance is striking when paired with their voices. Did I miss something?
Cheap & Crass loves Buzzcocks! Oh wait. Actually I got them mixed up with "Revolting Cocks." I love this song a bit too much. They just took the song and ran with it! Punk is so awesome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOq_D-iLQWM
Pete Shelly one of the greatest songwriters of the era. Underrated. If you like punk rock check out this tragically obscure band https://www.thetracysrock.com/
I love the body language of these kids. Especially the facial features. You can tell they are completely over it, wanna go home and done but still they kill the performance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3y__y7H9Q5Q
My father in law does Opera talks all over Canada and I always love going to them. I love opera and the stories behind them. I also love Gwar. I think they are in the same vein as is the Buzzcocks and the opera above. Storytelling at its finest.
I love Gwar as well! I'm not even that into metal but their live performances are everything! I remember watching them live for 45 minutes and realized I missed the 4 foot-strap-on the lead singer was wearing the whole time because so much was going on!
Hahaha classic Gwar. Those guys are friends of ours and we met up with them in San Diego one year and got to hang with them while they set up and did their sound check and so much goes into their stage shows it's amazing. When Brockie was himself he was sweet and funny and then when he would put on the costume and become Oderus he was a totally different person who I was terrified to make eye contact with haha. It was a bad day when he died.
When can we expect a punk rock opera musical? Throw in a gregorian chant for me.
Yes. I second this.
Third.
Icelandic vocalization with phenomenal acoustics.

Love this! Here is my recent favorite Gregorian chant:

I always wanted to write a satirical musical about working in nursing homes during covid called, “diarrhea: the musical.”

I love that they’re in street clothes. How amazing to be born with pipes like that.
The casual dress does add something personal to the song's reception.
Jasmine and spring helps with the unrequited.

Oh very cool! I saw one of the last shows he performed. It was quite sad, indeed.
I needed these today. Thank you!
I’ve loved the flower song for a long time. We used it in our wedding, playing as my wife walked down the “aisle” in a Japanese botanical garden.
Ahhhh I love singing Lakmé when I think no one can hear me
I've watched the Buzzcocks 3 times now and it certainly doesn't look like playacting to me. It looks real.
I saw the Buzzcocks live in Mansfield, MA about twenty years ago. Great show. So much energy. Feeling better, Chuck?
Watch this 50 times when it comes out, too: https://youtu.be/HTk1Oxb7fDk?feature=shared
So exciting. Me too! I'm so proud of this group, I just can't stand it some days and I vomit in my mouth some times
I am now obsessed with ladies singing opera.
Try Monet X Change or Sapphira Cristal singing opera. Your life will be better forever!
Rock out! Thanks!
