February marked the kick-off of Let’s Play: The Headline Game!
It’s dragged on so long because I needed my dealer in occult, forbidden objects to cough up an appropriately dangerous prize. Well, here it is:
The Demonic Deer Occult Terror Necklace of Power
Hand-wrought in the fog of Arthurian times, the necklace features sixteen linked amulets, each depicting an eight-point stag holding a pentagram aloft in its antlers. These are sewn to a band of rich, purple velvet, the cloth of kings. Dangling at the bottom is a triangular pendant. All elements are marked with occult stars and Roman numerals, whose meaning has been lost to time.
Perhaps the necklace’s most menacing feature is that all the stag heads stare out with glittering ruby-red eyes! To gaze for too long into those red eyes is to court madness. Do so at your own risk. Also, the necklace is really heavy.

Go to the February post and follow the instructions. Take your best shot, and I’ll choose a winner this coming weekend. All are eligible, anywhere in the world.
But be careful, the dangerous power of the necklace is too much for most mortals to control!
